The St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is currently hosting Pirates & Pumpkins, complete with a special TRICK-OR-TREATING UPGRADE! 🎃🍭
We’re talking AMAZING ocean, river, and sea life, pumpkins, pirate treasure, pirates, candy, sensory experiences, and SO MUCH MORE to discover! 🐠🦈🐙
And the best part?! THE AQUARIUM IS JUST THE BEGINNING! ❤️
Because when you visit St. Louis Union Station, you’re stepping into an entire destination filled with family fun!
- 🍔 Numerous restaurants and places to grab a bite to eat!
- 🧗 An incredible indoor ropes course for kids AND adults!
- 🪞 A maze of mirrors!
- 🎡 The spectacular St. Louis Wheel!
- 🛝 A playground for the kiddos!
- 🎠 AND an old-fashioned carousel!
Seriously, you could spend an ENTIRE DAY exploring everything Union Station has to offer!
And with FIVE kids ranging from two to ten years old, trust me when I say that finding somewhere with something for EVERYONE is a pretty big deal! 🤣❤️
Thanks to complimentary Aquarium admission and trick-or-treating tickets provided to our family by the St. Louis Aquarium and Union Station teams, we had the opportunity to experience Pirates & Pumpkins together — and the kids had an absolute BLAST! From exploring the Aquarium to collecting Halloween treats and discovering new underwater friends, it was a day to remember. All of the opinions and experiences I’m sharing are our own. ❤️
Of course, there were a few toddler meltdowns along the way, because what would a family outing be without a little chaos?! 🤣
But that’s all part of the fun!

- 🏴☠️ Friday, October 23 | 2–6 PM
- 🍬 Saturday, October 24 | 2–6 PM
- 👻 Friday, October 30 | 2–6 PM
- 🎃 Saturday, October 31 | 9 AM–6 PM — HALLOWEEN!
The trick-or-treating experience is available as an additional $5 upgrade with Aquarium admission. Other Union Station attractions may require separate admission. Check the Aquarium’s official Pirates & Pumpkins page for details before visiting.
