I relaunched this blog yesterday.
Naturally, approximately 24 hours later, I have decided that the reasonable next step is to publish something here every single day for an entire year.
Because apparently I cannot simply have a hobby.
So here we are.
365 days. 365 posts.
Some will be actual, useful posts.
Some will be books, travel, reviews, family stories, things we did with the kids, places we went, or whatever rabbit hole currently has 47 tabs open on my phone.
Some will probably be very short because I have five children and occasionally enjoy sleeping.
And I’m sure at least once I’ll remember at 11:54 PM and write something completely unhinged from bed.
But that’s kind of the point.
I spent years not writing because I thought everything had to be finished or perfect or somehow worthy of publishing.
I’m done with that.
So I’m giving myself one rule:
Publish something. Every day. For 365 days.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to exist.
This is Day 1.
Only 364 to go.
This seems fine. 😂

P.S. If you’re one of the people who subscribed tonight—HI. ❤️ Apparently you’ve arrived just in time to watch me make questionable decisions.
How’s That Questionable Decision Going? 😂
Well, the blog is still alive—and I’ve already managed to spend an evening fighting WordPress instead of actually writing. Which feels extremely on-brand. If you want the origin story for this whole experiment, start with Welcome to In My Mom Era.
